My bestfriend`s 10month old son had it 3months ago. He had a really high fever for about 5days, along with the normal flu symptoms. It was really scary but the fever broke and he was back to his normal self :) Her neighbor is a pediatrician, it looked like the dr gave it to his 4yr old daughter who passed to the baby. Good lesson here, don`t let your kids play with others if they have a fever!! And my friend has 2 other kids who she sent to the grandparent`s house for the week, they did not get sick.

Turns out my daughter most likely does have the swine flu. However, the Dr said that it should have reached its peak by either today or tomorrow and she isn`t really THAT sick. So, things could have been much much worse than they are. Thankfully her symptoms haven`t become life threatening.

My 20 year old brother had it probably about 2 months ago. He is away at college and said it wasn`t that bad at all. He is also the type that when he does get sick it always gets worse and goes into broncitis(sp?) and it didn`t happen after the swine flu. We were all worried but he said he just slept it off(after seeing the dr and getting it confirmed)

We just found out that our nanny`s family has it and my daughter has been exposed.DD is sick with flu like symptoms :-( We see the Dr in about a half hour to find out if she has it.

Last winter I knew a girl who had it. She recovered quickley.
