Well since urgent care costs as much as an appt at the office, I say take him in. Those HURT!!! If you have insurance, no worries!

Thanks Ladies! I ended up taking him and they checked his urine and it looked good. They told me to make sure he drinks plenty of water, gatorade, or cranberry juice. While I was there I also told him about his cough, runny nose and sneezing he has had off and on since kindergarten started. They gave me the antibiotic Omnicef for him to take. Glad I went!

I would take him to urgent care. I have a few UTI`s and they are painful. I would tale him better to be safe than sorry!

I wouldnt rush him to the urgent care but I would make an appointment with his doctor for tomorrow!

Something is wrong if it hurts, so I`d take him in regardless.

give some cranberry juice and take him in. sounds lke it to me and they hurt like hell.

i would take him in. even though he can not describe it, it obviously hurts or is uncomfortabke enough for him to complain about it so i would take him in to be checked out just in case.

definitely sounds like a uti to me, and in that case i would definitely take him as soon as possible. i hope he feels better!
