You can get them taken out with just freezing, but your not supossed to get put under...

I had to wait til I was done with pregnancy and nursing...Since I had 4 impacted...I needed to be put under.

If they MUST come out now and cant wait it is most likely safe to have done. (depends on your case since every mom to be is different) but with any procedure it will have risks, esp if they have to put you under (which is most often the case when impacted) versus local anesth. But if you can wait I`d hold off. I worked for a periodontist for 9 years, we often have pregnant moms who had issues and needed oral surgery during pregnancy but they were awake so it really depends. Your OB would have to give the doc the go ahead, that is what we required :)

Yes its completely safe! I was scheduled in to have 2 of mine taken out a few weeks back but was ill so couldnt go but my Dentist says the numbing shot they use is completely safe for pregnancy and doesnt make any diference x
