I think that though her swapping them should be what was done, but i am sure she was an employee with rules from someone else. So no, she prob shouldnt. Though i have to say i have been in a similar situation, felt so bad for the girl (in my case it was a girl) that i bought her the item that she seemed to need so badly.

the goodwill here will let u exchange anything as long as it has the tag on it, but yes he should be able to trade them. i would have bought him a pair b/c no one should o with out.

I work with people with disabilities and i`ve seen too many times because the person with disabilities usually isn`t fully able to stand up for themselves, they don`t get the same service or anything that people without disabilites get. that`s just my opinion though.
