mamatabby (851.1 days ago) I live in New Mexico usa. And its a must to have green chili chicken enchalates all the time. I moved to California and they didn`t have green chili. Ahahaha I don`t know how the rest of the states go without green chili. Needless to say I had to move back home after only 5 months. Lol
piglet2686 (851.1 days ago) get corn tortillas and fry them for a quick second so that they are warm and line the bottom of a cassarole dish then spread cooked chicken chunks on top of the tortillas. put in green enchalada sauce and cover layer of chicken and sauce with lots of cheese! then re layer with tortillas, chcken, green sauce, and cheese. i usually layer 3 or 4 depening on how deep the pan is. if you want, instead of corn tortillas you can use tortilla chips. then bake for about 45 mins on350 degrees! :0) hope this make sense! if you have questions it me up on my page! :0) recipe straight out of NEW MEXICO!!!!!
