honghuzhenni`s poll Show results | Hide results

Baby-poll poll Just curious, what happened with your milk supply when you had your baby?
(Baby poll by honghuzhenni, 151 days ago)
It came in right away, no problem.
It was delayed somewhat beyond the norm, but it came on its own.
It wouldn't come in at all without some kind of medical help.
This doesn't apply to me. (adopted, etc.)

Even with medical help (reglan) I could not get more than 4-5 oz a day from 8 pumpings. I know a pump is not as effective as a baby, but 30 week preemies can`t BF.

it came in after four days and was not enough. when I pumped I only got about a half an ounce.

With my first, my milk came in very slowly. On day 4, I ended up having to go to a lactation specialist and renting a hospital grade pump and pumping at home after attempting to feed my baby everytime. But it did work. My milk came in right away with my next two babies.
