debsandgrace (844.4 days ago) Here is one i use alot from slimmers world.
Salute 2 onions till soft add 2 chopped leeks 1.5lb potatoes and enough veg stock to cover. Bring to the boil then simmer till potatoes are soft. Season to taste. To thicken up i usually cook a little longer as the potato breaks down it will naturally thicken up the soup. Otherwise you can use a little corn flour mixed in a paste with water.
RobinG (844.5 days ago) My recipe :) Potatos, whole milk, some flour, seasoned salt (tastefully simple brand is best but any brand will do), pepper, chopped onions, cubed ham, 1 can whole kernal corn, one can cream corn, dab butter, dry packet from a box of ograten (sp?) or scalloped pots by betty crocker. Some garlic salt too ~ I make this all the time, it is a family fav and one that is requested by many :)

happymommee2kj (844.7 days ago) Old fashioned brown potato soup-diced potatos, carrots, onions, peas, (cooked). In fry pan cook chopped bacon, drain excess grease. Add 1-2 tbsp flour to bacon, stir, heat till flour browns add to potatos carefully as it will sizzle. Stir to mix.
