juels101 (842.9 days ago) I`m pretty lucky, mine is a good eater and not too picky. Since breakfast is usually pretty small, cherios or a bit of oatmeal for lunch I do sliced fruit with a sandwich. Peanutbutter, or ham and cheese, always use 70% whole grain or higher. I check for leftovers from supper and give her a bit, again with the sliced fruit. If I have the time I whip up a quick pasta, whole wheat with plain tomoato sauce and cheese. That`s about it, hope it helps.

soon2be3 (842.9 days ago) I have three kids...ages 16 months, 3 1/2, and 6. I try to make something all three of them can eat, so I am not a short-order cook. Here`s some ideas: Mini sandwiches (cheese, crackers, and lunch meat), pb&j, tortilla roll-ups, quesadillas, mac n cheese, chicken nuggets, cottage cheese w/ fruit, soups (they love split pea and bean w/ bacon), mini pizzas (whole wheat english muffin, with spaghetti sauce spread on the top, sprinkled with cheese). I usually add a fruit or veggie with all of these items. Oh and with the little ones...I strain the soup a little bit so they only get a little bit of broth and mostly beans or noodles. Oh, and one more...pasta salads with tomatoes, olives, sliced cucumber, chunks of chicken and tossed with light ceasar dressing.
