People using cell phones while driving- it`s just not safe. Also, getting tailgated because I choose to drive the speed limit (not under it, but not over it, either). And of course people running lights. I really believe we`d cut down on accidents so much if people wouldn`t use cell phones while driving, speed, and run lights. :(

it sounds so stupid but right now my biggest petpeeve is at my girls` school, it has signs up that clearly show right turn only in and right turn only out and every morning and afternoon it is ignored! i drive around the block to follow the signs, they have posted in newsletters that you will be ticketed if caught and yet the same people do it every day!! just drives me bonkers!!

I thought I`d just share this horrible story - recently one of the firefighters at the station where my DH works saw this woman driving down the road, texting with BOTH hands!!! Who was steering the car? Her 8 or 9 year old son in the passenger seat. Amazingly, the next day DH was called out on a car wreck, and it was the same woman! Fortunately she was alone - no kids. High on meth too. Talk about pet peeves...What a mutant loser.

When road construction signs are up and they ask everyone to merge into one lane, I merge as soon as I can. But I hate it when people zoom past you on the right/left all the way up to the end, and sit there with their blinkers on to cut in line. It`s so so selfish, and causes traffic backups. In fact, it makes me so mad I don`t let them in - just the ones who merge at the back with me :)

I`m with kplum with the rude mergers. Also, I`m annoyed when people forget to turn on thier lights when it starts to get dark or when the weather turns bad.

OMG, can i vote for them all! But, I think my #1 pet peeve is the people that drive in a merge lane all the way up until the merge lane is up, just to make it 2 more cars ahead of everyone else! This drives me NUTS when they shut a lane for construction! it takes so much longer to merge the lanes b/c people do this! Why is everyone always in such a hurry!!!

my BIGGEST is when you are at a 2 lane left turn light. you BOTH have to turn at the light to another 2 lane road, and they THINK they have a choice between either lane on the turn cutting me off!

oh my gosh--ALL of these bother me! But i did vote for the 4 way stop...it just amazes me at how inconsiderate or `in a hurry` these people think they are...it will take an extra 5-10 seconds to wait your turn- if you were in that much of a hurry, you should of left earlier!!! My husbands is when slow drivers stay in the left lane on a highway..also annoying...

I have several... slower traffic keep right, apparently is to hard of a concept for most in my area, Driving while texting or dialing, and people not putting there children in a properly installed safety seat in the BACK seat of the car :-)
