OMG yes! We call it belly binding. My waist went from a 27 inch pre-pregnancy, to a 60 inch on delivery day (twins!), back down to a 24 inch by just 3 weeks postpartum! I wore it 23 hours a day for about a month...I`m VERY pleased with the results and highly recommend :o)
