you would think they are require to have some sort of water source. but who knows. my father is a mail man out in all types of weather, he has to bring his own beverages. same with most of the people i know working construction. i would think if it got too hot, where it was a saftey issue, they would send workers home if theres no water source nearby, but who knows. i know at my daughter`s school, the children are allowed a water bottle on their desks all day long, but the parents must provide it.

My husband works in construction. His company gives them water all day. And if it gets past 90 degrees then he gets sent home. Its a hard job and they don`t want any heat exhaustion or stroke.

I think maybe they should have a water cooler or something...but not bottled water. But honestly, it`s not their responsibility to provide anything, it`s the workers
