I was on the depo shot for years and loved it! It didnt affect me at all. I could never take the pill. It made me sick and I am way too forgetful!

I took ortho triclen (sp?) lo...and I loved it. Never got pregnant on the pill but I took them every night at 10.

Mirena IUD was awesome. Uncomfortable to have my uterus measured and a little crampy the week after it was put in, but then my periods nearly stopped all together (woo-hoo!) and it was totally effective for me for 3 1/2 yrs. And when I wanted it out - literally took the dr 5 seconds.

I was on the patch for 5 years and i thought it was great! I did get prego while taking it but that was becuz i didn`t relize steroids and antibiotics were basicaly the same and both mess up your birth control (i know i`m silly). I have a bad memory and would so easily slip up on the pill. I`m getting ready to go to my post partum appointment and hoping that i can get the patch again but i dunno becuz thier is so much bad stuff you hear about it and i`ve heard alot of doc`s arn`t giving it n-e more. I`m hoping to find something that you don`t need to take daily.

okay, so out of the 3 forms of birth control ive been on i liked the patch the most, but my dr wont give it out anymore says he sees the hightest number of pregnancys on them AND they have been recalled not very good for you....bummer...and i tried the nuvaring, got every side effect possible dizzy horrible cramping the works...and so im back on the pill, the hardest part of the pill is finding the best time of the day for you to take it.. mine is at 9pm at night, my girl is in bed by 8pm-8:30 so im always awake or sometimes ready to go to bed...and i just heard that the nuvaring was recalled too....i wish i wasnt so scared of the mirena (thats what my dr suggested) he also said the IUD isnt very good lots of horomons and complications... but everyones body is different.

I`m on the patch and I really like it. Sometimes it itches but it`s nice. I start my period pretty much right after I take it off for the week too which is what is supposed to happen so I like it.

Awww it did that to my friend too! I have 2 friends who got pregnant on the shot. I`m using a diaphragm. I just got it today. I really didn`t wanna do anything hormonal and I have reactions to condoms (latex) and the non-latex ones are EXPENSIVE! Haha

i picked the nuva ring, it made me moody and depressed, dry, completely zapped my sex drive. i finally decided to take it out, and got pregnant the next week from not being careful. lol. but i don`t think it does that to everyone.
