Middle names are totally optional. I used to know a guy middle name was `K.`, just the initial, didn`t stand for anything. Like Harry S. Truman. I like that idea, too. (Tho we are using a full middle name).

i dont have a middle name. none of the women in my family do my aunts dont, my cousins dont. it seems only the boys get middle names and i have no idea why that is, but its my weird family tradition or something. i gave my daughter a middle name to break the tradition lol

I know a little girl named Adelina Marie and they just call her Lina. I love it and the fact that she is such a sweet girl just makes me love it all the more.

I think it`s very cute... and really if you can`t think of a middle name or don`t want one, there`s no point of giving one just for the heck of it lol
