I would ask a different doc. my sisters kids was sick all the time. his doc said it was fine well turns out their new appt had mold under the carpets and that why he was sick. it just comes so common for docs so they just pass it off with o kids get sick i donno i would just c what is going on.

My older son was sick all the time when he was about 3 months old until he was almost 9 months when we had tubes put in his ears and then it got a lot better but not great. When he was just over 2 we had his adnoids out and now he has been sick once since then (that was 2 yrs ago). The doc said that a lot of his colds and other things were all linked to the clogged ears and swollen adnoids. I was insistant to my doc that it wasn't normal. I went to see a specialist (ENT) b/c i knew that no child should be sick that often.

It seems like Alex is always sick. I feel so bad, bc its constantly something. He`s been like this since birth. His doctor told me last winter that its normal for babies to get sick every 6-8 weeks, so it can build their immune system. He just battled ear infections for 3 weeks and now he has come down with a cold. Its just never ending! I just feel like I`m doing something wrong...
