If you`re early you`re on time, if you`re on time you`re late. At least that was what was pounded into my head during boot camp :) One habit that I haven`t been able to break.

For appointments I a usually 10-15 min early. For work I am usually 1hr to 45 min early (I start at 6am and me and my coworkers are first in for the day, I like being really early so I can get all my set up done (I work in a restauraant) before my shift even starts my coworkers love working with me because by the time they come in everything is done and we have 45 minutes to kill before the restaurant opens, we usually shoot the shit and eat breakfast!)

ALWAYS early lol if you aren`t checked in 15 minutes prior to your appointment they cancel it and my daughter`s appointments need to be made 4-5 months in advance since they`re so overbooked. So I`m ALWAYS ontime lol

I am usually on time for work, within 5 minutes late for appts and I am ALWAYS late for church no matter how early I get up!! One of my girls always manage to either lose a shoe, sock or mess up their dress...sometimes all three :-)
