t555rm (831.6 days ago) Yum the dip in bread crumbs n egg sounds like my dinner tonite! I actually have tilapia filets. Or instead of eggs I might substitute with garlic butter. Not so healthy but hey. With tartar sauce for dip maybe?
luvbeingamom (831.6 days ago) Even my kids will eat this...., I mix breadcrumbs, oregano (just a bit), pepper and some Parmesan cheese (Like Kraft). I then dip (usually Talapia but most white fish would be good this way) in egg white (not the yolk, just to avoid the extra calories) then in the breadcrumb mixture place in a glass pan with a bit of Pam sprayed in to keep it from sticking and bake for about 20 to 30 minutes (depending on the size/qnty of the fish) on 350. Always comes out perfect, my kids love it and so do i. Plus it is healthy!
ladykilla421 (831.7 days ago) I usually just poach my fish in water with a bit of milk....I add dill and lemon slices to the liquid....relatively simple but yummy.
