Could be iron, could be potassium or most likely that you are getting sick and this is the start of it ~ (()) Get yourself some Vit C and consult your doc, esp if it progresses.

It def sounds like the beginning of a virus of sorts, I always get a shaky on the inside kind of feeling when I first come down with a bug. Hope you feel better :)

woke up around 630 and within 15 mins I had a horrible headache and my lips felt a little tingly and my arm was kind of achy - I debated rather or not to call for help, but it went away, so I laid back down and slept until 930. Got back up and within 15 mins I had a mild headache, but this time I feel shakey inside and kind of weak, but nothing else. I checked my blood sugar and its normal. Normal for a headache or not?
