yorkc39 (827.9 days ago) i actually didn`t know it came as oil! thats good info :) but actually if you think about it, the oil won`t give you much of the fiber benefit, you really need the actual flaxeeds, grind them up and put them in whatever you`re making EditDelete

yorkc39 (828.1 days ago) flaxseed is the unknown fiber helper lol. you can grind it up and put it in almost anything, though it may change the look, it doesn`t change the flavor whatsoever. I`ve put it in casseroles, mashed potatoes, muffins, anything liquidy. EditDelete
