yorkc - I just read an article saying that the oil isn`t as beneficial as the whole seed and they recommend you to actually grind your own too. (:

i actually didn`t know it came as oil! thats good info :) but actually if you think about it, the oil won`t give you much of the fiber benefit, you really need the actual flaxeeds, grind them up and put them in whatever you`re making

I use it in all of my baking, add it to my oatmeal in the mornings and also lately have been grinding it and putting it into smoothies

It`s amazing and comes in an oil as well. My favorite thing to put it in is yogurt or anything baked

flaxseed is the unknown fiber helper lol. you can grind it up and put it in almost anything, though it may change the look, it doesn`t change the flavor whatsoever. I`ve put it in casseroles, mashed potatoes, muffins, anything liquidy.

  5. My friend has just started taking fertility tablets which the DR said could increase her chances of having twins by 10%. Did this work for any of you and did you have twins?

OMG, I posted on FB (in reponse to a suggestion made to me on From Our House To Yours) that I didn`t like a business because the items were very expensive and my friend got a bad deal there and the owner is threatening to sue me! Have you ever heard of such a thing? I actually paid a consultation fee and my lawyer told me that she was `absurd with possible mental health problems.` I am protected by the fisrt ammendment to express my honest opinions freely where I choose, but he said she can take it to court(because people can TRY to sue over anything) anyway and that it might cost me legal bills. We will both be out a lot of money because she couldn`t possibly win. Can you believe that? FML! First my records and now this! I hope my baby isn`t a bad luck baby. I see people not recommending or recommending businesses all the time on FB!

  9. I`ve re-thought the moderating of the member-postings. How does this sound? Let`s change it to usage, rather than length of time as a member. Say your first 10 or 20 polls, questions and pictures need to be approved by a Mod or something like that. Someone posting the racist polls and adding the kiddie porn is unlikely to participate as a normal member. Once you are verified as a regular member you`re no longer monitored.
