I think the current situation with h1n1 had definitely brought plenty of conspiracy theories out of the woodwork. The disease doesn`t exist, the government is just trying to make money, it`s to promote Obama`s health plan, etc, etc, etc.

My fiance has a lot of theories too. I don`t even remember that crap. But as far as global warming, I personally believe that its a natural process. We`re speeding it up a teeny tiny little bit but its gonna happen anyway. Learned this in geology

Global warming? You`re kidding me... Thats DEFINITELY true.. the weather is SO unpredictable compared to a decade ago - it`s plainly obvious to see.. the effect on populations of certain species etc - we`ve absolutely ruined this planet, we`ve pillaged, raped, murdered and plundered all it`s got to offer and now we have to pay the price for it - thats NO conspiracy.. that`s just human nature, unfortunately.

well I think some of the 9/11 conspiracy to be true....BUT the funniest one is my DH doesn`t think we ever actually officially landed on the moon. It does make you wonder how we `were` able to years ago and now can`t get back...it will take 10 years of some B/S

Ah, now I have heard of the swine flu conspiracy theory.. About how `the powers that be` created this flu and released it and then sought to cause HUGE media frenzy and cause panic throughout the world. When people are scared, they look to someone else to take control, make the decisions and `save them` - I;ve heard that our governments did this to us to try and get us on side and give them our trust that THEY know what is best for us... Hmmm... And then theres the same theory again that pharacuetical companies engineer these `outbreaks` every few decades so they can profiteer with the vaccines...

My husband thinks Obama designed the economic downfall. Which is partially true. A friend of mine thinks Obama invented swine flu.

The UK are doing a `scrappage` scheme for cars here too. They`re also doing a `scrappage` scheme for windows and doors - i.e. you replace single glazed with double glazed to be more fuel efficient. Ask him if he thinks this is the UK Goverment making sure that their spacecraft has a light and airy feel with all those windows and plenty of emergency exits with all the doors accumulated ;]

My hubby made a comment the other day that the `cash for lcunkers` program is the governments attempt at gathering as much scrap metal as possible so they can build space craft to flee the supposed end of the world on Dec 12 2012! I cant help but wonder if he was just yanking my chain but then again he has crazy ideas about stuff like: the space landing, chem trails etc...
