KR (826 days ago) I also have dark hard wood floors in my new home, Im doing a blue/grey on the walls, black furniture, white fabrics with large prints, and lots of sliver. (Tying to do a modern day Victorian theme if that makes sense lol) I think being a little bold with your wall colors and using a neutral color of furniture is best.. If you have a chair rail in your house at all pick a color you love and go two shades darker on the bottom half of the wall and the color you love on the top! Good luck and have fun! EditDelete
BrookeAmber (826.8 days ago) I would just do a neutral color.. tan, cream, brown.. and just add color with throw pillows. I think an actual color would get old fast and wouldn`t go with every decorating style if you decided to repaint or change it up in the future. EditDelete
Dannie (826.8 days ago) Can`t view the picture, but remember to take into consideration the color of the walls as well EditDelete
carolinababy1 (826.9 days ago) Modern or contemporary. Bright colors. My dad has cream furniture but he has adult children. Red would be pretty EditDelete
pc (826.9 days ago) anything bright that would contrast with the floor and contemporary. EditDelete
