aidensmommy1 (825.2 days ago) Thanks everyone we are going to try, and yes im not going to push him I will just try to see if he wants to get use to the idea. Yeay potty shopping tomorrow! :) lol
ivysmomma (825.3 days ago) If he is doing that i think he sounds like he definalty wants to use the potty, GOOD LUCK =)
jessberr31 (825.4 days ago) My two oldest boys were no where near ready then, but yours could be! If he has an interest in it and is showing good signs, which he is, go for it. Just don`t feel frusterated if it doesn`t work out. I thought my boys were ready early a few times, but they were just trickin me, lol! The average is like 2yo or something like that so if you do it early you`ll be lucky, and if not, hey, no biggie right? You got nothin to lose by trying! I hope its successful! Then no more diapers! Woo Hoo! I can`t wait for that day myself!:) Good luck!
luvbeingamom (825.4 days ago) it sounds like your LO might be ready but i wouldn`t push it. Put the potty out, show him, let him wear pull up or underwear during the day and see what happens. It is certainly possible! I always go by the baby`s cues as when to start. For me, i encourage them to sit on the potty and give high fives and praise when they do do it, but i don`t and won`t push them if they are showing signs of not wanting to continue or regress. good Luck!
LKLmama (825.4 days ago) YES YES YES!!! My daughter was diaper free 99% at 5 months (only wearing a diaper in the car) and 100% at 7 months! I know of many boys who hav ebeen diaper free long before 14 months!
aidensmommy1 (825.4 days ago) My son acts like he wants to potty train, he keeps taking his diaper off everytime he needs to go potty and then pees on the floor! He also grabs his diaper and says `papa` (loL i think its his word for potty) and he runs into the bathroom. I think i might try to potty train him now..
