My older son was that way. He was in a size 4 before he was 8 or 9 months old. Of course at a year he was 28lbs. My younger son just went into a size 4 at 25lbs and 22 months. He can still wear a 3, but it doesn`t seem to hold enough at night for him.

my daughter has been in size 5`s size she was 21 lbs. They say something like 28 lbs+ on the box or it may even say 30 something pounds plus. Not sure, but it`s what fits her so I pay no attention to the box.

Yes! Alex has always been in bigger size diapers way before the `suggested` weight. I`m thinking he was in size 4`s around 15 pounds and he`s still in size 4`s at 19 pounds. We always moved up when he started having blow outs regardless of what the box says! (:

my daughter always wore the bigger diapers.. it only took us one blowout to go to the next size bigger.
