JMendez (817.6 days ago) I think a crock pot is safer to use than a pressure cooker =) I usually just put a chicken in the crock for a couple hours, pull it out and let it cool, shred it, then add my fav bbq sauce and a few drops of hot sauce or worchershire (sp?) sauce =) put it back in the crock and use a low temp for an hour or two. Definitely check out shredded chicken recipes though to find one to your taste!
5against1 (817.8 days ago) Ive made them a bunch of times, but dont know how u would make it in a pressure cooker?? I always make them in a crock pot. The crock pot website has sum recipes for it.
