you could try cyclepages.com it is free works like fertility friend and it calculates days from past cycles to evaluate when you are fertile. I would still say use protection though ifyou didn`t want anymore children. Good luck

you could still use fertilityfriend for that, the whole point is just to know when you ovulate, if in a few cycles you see a pattern of when you ovulate just make sure you avoid the week before ovulation and then when you see the temp rise, you should be good to go in the bed. If I was using it as birth control, I would have sex during and just after my period, then wait for ovulation and then have sex whenever until just after my period again.
