We invest a lot of our money. We are looking to have 5 kids. We may not be able to travel all over the world or go out for dinner all the time but the joys of children far out weigh the things in this world. We have everything we need, live in a beautiful home we own, and have a kitchen full of food. You just have to know what you want in life and go for it.

She will probably be starting kindergarten in 3 years, so then you would only have one in daycare. We thought we were living pretty good and then my MIL passed away suddenly this past summer. She watched all three of our kids. The new daycare we have them at is nearly triple what she charged us. So, you want to make sure that you have enough disposable income for any other life changing circumstances.
athenab1984 (817.6 days ago) Thanks Golden, I am glad you know where I am coming from. I want my child to have a sibling too, but day care would go from $500 a month to $1000+ a month. Thats a big jump. Not to mention all the projects we have going on to update our home. It`s a lot and I guess I am at the point where I say `who says you need to have 2 kids`? why not just have one and be happy with that one? eh, why not? we`ll see....
athenab1984 (817.6 days ago) Ok, so I just re-read my post and realizes it probably sounded very selfish and what-not. I am not trying to come off this way. The thing is, I stress very easily causing depression and meltdowns. Money is a big issue for me and the thought of not bieng able to provide everything for my kids scares the crap out of me. This is why I hold off on the thought of having another child.
