I got one. I used cloth diapers though so I gave it to my sister to use.

I used all the diapers, toys, wash cloths, spoons, and sample sized creams, etc that made up the cake. I can`t understand why anypne would say it was not useful??

I wanted one for my baby shower, so my mother made an attempt at one. She ended up calling me for advice on how to put it together... I ended up going over to her house and making it for my shower, lol. I bet I will find it quite handy because I made it out of Pampers diapers, which I will need. Since I created it, I also got to pick out the little things that were put on it. My best friend`s sister-in-law made one for her shower that was soooooo huge (2123 diapers were used in its creation), but i felt that it was too huge. Mine had about 100 and I thought it was just right :)

mine was like a basket bit had a cake like thing in it i loved it it was made by a friend and so sweet
