Aiona (816.2 days ago) We have a rosemary bush also. I clip the tender branch tips and dry them. Then when I need them in a roast (like for a crockpot recipe), I just toss it in the sauce on the side, and then fish it out when it`s ready to eat. It`s also REALLY good for homemade spaghetti sauce. (Again, I fish out the sprig, before serving.) When the leaves are dried, I strip them off the stem, and stick them in an old coffee grinder. In that form, I can mix it into ground meat to make fake gyro meat. EditDelete
