i had it 8 days ago, was a bit nervous but i am fine...you get a very sore arm though, goes really hot and red, my grandparents had this too!!

i had it 2 weeks ago and i had no side effects or anything just a sore arm.

My DD and I had the shot last week and we`re fine. It really wasn`t a hard decision for us, why would I want myself or my 9month old to get sick when we can get a safe vaccine and stay healthy?

I had mine done, with unadjudicated vaccine (no mercury). My midwife told me I HAD TO GET ONE and me MORESO than her other patients, I`m also asthmatic and I work in a hospital. I had it around 14 weeks and just had my 20 week ultrasound (was a week early because of the thanksgiving holiday) and everything is FINE FINE FINE. If when you normally get the flu- seasonally, and it kicks your BUTT I would advise getting it. My Dr was ADAMANT that I get it because not only is it REALLY bad for folks with underlying health conditions, it seems to hit pregnant women really REALLY hard, and this is NOT from the media, this is from the CDC itself.

....do your research prior to following the media....There are over 100 cases of miscarriage and pre term labor within 1-2 days of having the shot...as well as GBS syndrome (6 cases reported so far) IT IS ONLY a flu!.....more people die from the seasonal one yearly (I also will add I had the swine flu @ 6 weeks pregnant and I have asthma...it was rough BUT no worse then a bad cold or the flu normally)
