linzigenavieve (815.8 days ago) I travel an hour and a half just to my dr. appointments. I`ve done this with my last 3 pregnancies and it`s never put me into labor. Just as a thought as well (not recommending it) my mother flew to england and back when she was 8 months (almost 9) with two of her pregnancies and it never affected her.
shivon (816.1 days ago) i have 2 weeks left and traveled by bus. i am exausted now and cant seem to do anything in the house which iv always done everyday,im the type that needs it all perfect but i cant push myself to do it.at least i will cook soon for my kids.my emotions became quiet high now and i feel like crying, probably stress b4 birth and seeing kids room messy with toys and dishes and floor to be done,i just dont have any energy.i went late to bed,got back late so i think its from that.yes i dont think traveling would make contrctions although people say `oh you dont wanna go early`....i do have contractions but i have them for a few weeks now.
RobinG (816.1 days ago) I was over due and drove to my docs 2 hours each week and it never put me in labor, lol. I think it depends though :)
hopefully3 (816.1 days ago) i think it just depends on how far along you are. If you are towards the end of your pregnancy then there is the worry of you being alone and not close to your hospital if you go into labor. But i had to travel on a 3 1/2 day trip from az to nc when i was 16 weeks pg and i was fine.
smiling politely (816.2 days ago) i believe its because if you were to go into labor, you may not make it back to your hospital/birth center (the one where all your record are) so if you had to go to another hospital, and you had complications, they wouldnt be as prepared.
