Oh yes i poke! Lol! i dont think it harms him. Like everyone said the u/s tech and doctor poke much harder then we ever would.

i push on him bc hes under my ribs and i cant breathe sometimes. it hurts so bad. i just push him here and there or rub him to get him to move a little. he`s well protected in there.

The Drs poke way harder than you ever would, so don`t worry. I use to take a couple swigs of pop and wait a few and then poke. It made her jump all over lol! In the end, I did it all the time because she stopped moving so much and I wanted to make sure she was okay. Now she`s 16 weeks old and teething and being a spoiled chunky monkey :)

No :( unfortunately I couldn`t with my daughter and I can`t now :( I have an irritable uterus and poking gives me contractions which could send me into early labor again :(

I give my belly abit of a poke I dont thinkit could be bad when I go for ultrasounds they push my belly so hard with the ultrasound equipment
