Stay@HomeZOOKeepa (814.7 days ago) I agree listen to your body, although towards the end of my pregnancies is when I did it even more. It can start contractions...which at around that time I wouldn`t have minded it at all :)
mdbabyno1 (814.8 days ago) I say listen to your body. It sounds like it is telling you to slow down. Take this time to be a little lazy :) I did yoga throughout my pregnancy and even that got tiring at the end. I think I probably stopped around 37 weeks too
STCT (814.8 days ago) Have you tried water aerobics? I feels amazing to be in the water while pregnant. It takes all the weight and pressure off. If you try it just don`t jump. The instructor will tell you what you can and can`t do.
