I think I read somewhere on here that you need to have add `small` photos (not many pixels) to have them come out more clearly..haven`t tried it though, mine are pretty fuzzy, lol.

you may be cropping too much when you download or the size is too big, try registering for free if you havent already on flickr.com and change the size of your photo and save it as a different size. and also on picasa3 download that i use when you finish editing and choose to export to a folder it will ask what size you wanna pick, try making it a lil smaller. hope it helps...
