i agree that its creepy and i would distance myself from her! How frustrating! But i would definitely keep the name if its the one your heart is set on. She cant take that from you.

its creepy but whatever. if i liked the name then i would keep it. she can say whatever she wants. i would avoid her too. i wouldnt offer her any information anymore. but seriously if you google your own name for example, you will find many people in the world with your name (typically) you can even use an application that will tell you how many ppl share your name. i saw someone use one on facebook i believe. dont let it get to you. you name your baby the name youve chosen the hell with her.

It`s just my opinion but no one really owns a name, but it is kind of disheartening when someone close to you takes a name that you put a lot of time and thought into. I guess it depends on how you feel about the person that is using the names as well. Personally if it was someone I liked and was a friend and they wanted to use the same name as one of my girls I would be flattered. But if it was someone I didn`t care for I`d just be like ugh.

Ugh, I`d be pissed. I know people don`t care about others having the same name or don`t think it`s a big deal to use the same name as a friend or family member but I think it is stupid. There are so many name out there so if a friend tells you the name they are naming their baby I would never decide to name my baby that. I never told anyone until she was born what our daughters name was for this exact reason. What is the name? Is it real popular or is it real unique? If it`s a popular name, then I would say go ahead and use it but if it is real unique, I would personally choose something else.

It`s the name you chose for your child. I wouldn`t give one flying fart if she was going around telling people it was her baby`s name. Sorry, I am in a mood right now and I hate when people do things like that. That is why I stopped telling people the name we choose.

well yeah use it i mean its not like her or you invented the name so I am sure someone else has kids with the same name as well. I think its nice she likes your choice of names so much.
