3girls2008 (813.7 days ago) My fam and i always do black friday but we more do it for the fun not the deals! if you go into with a good attitued and dont pay attention to the hundreds of people shoving you and running carts up the back of your ankles youll be fine lol one thing we did learn was to avoid places like walmart and target! their lines are wrapped twice around the store! our best bet is the mall since there is more space for people to spread out and the little stores tend to run great sales! just put on a happy face and do start agrevated or trust me it will get waaaayyy worse! but it is too much fun! ibaheir2dathrone (813.7 days ago) I Love Black Friday!! Woo Hoo! :o) lol. My first stop is Walmart. No outside line but if it`s a real hot item you need to be right next to it. (They have them on pallets all wrapped up and at 5 a.m. they cut it loose and you can get the item) I`m excited about the clothes and a few toys this year. (nice price) Every little bit of sale helps!! Have fun. EditDelete
bellajenna (813.8 days ago) i dont think so i think they screw you b/c they only put a few items on sale and people think most things are I do not think its worth my time or all the stress for maby a few bucks off. EditDelete
nutnut (813.8 days ago) i worked retail mgmt for years. black friday is definatly not for the weak lol! now im a SAHM ive been doing black friday the past two years. i plan to do it this year however i will tell you there is usually lots of waiting, its crowded, it hot as hell, you cant really move or think, and people can be cranky as all hell too. god forbid something thinks youre cutting them in line they will jump all over you. i saw last year a lady leaned over to grab a game from a shelf and the person she leaned in front of had a fit! she was yelling and screaming at her and called a manager to make the lady go to the back of the line. it was ridiculous. anyhow... we usually only hit up a couple places. toys r us, walmart and kohl`s. we get there early and wait in line for toys r us. we always start there.it definatly makes for a very long day. and wear something comfortable on your feet bc they will be killing you by the end of the day! lots of luck!!! 3blessings (813.9 days ago) I have never missed a black friday shopping day in like 7 years, but sadly this year I have to work. I`m one of those people who has to touch and feel the item before I buy it for someone because sometimes, especially with clothes, it looks different when online. But I`m going to be doing my BF shopping online this year from work...not fun for me, but at least I won`t be battling the crowds, dealing with rude people, and waiting in lines for hours on end!!
