We have a very nice looking artificial tree. We`ve been asked if it was real or not, it looks so nice. SherB, why would your tree go into a landfill? If you don`t want it anymore, couldn`t you give it to someone else or donate it to Goodwill or Salvation Army? That`s what we will do if we ever decide we don`t want the one we have anymore. :)

i love the smell of a real tree, and this year in ca they are really really cheap 15.00 for a 6ft! so exciting since my baby is due dec 24th i didnt think we`d get one but now im reconsidering

I have a fake one I hate the fact people cut down real trees just for what a month and a half if that....dumb

This year and next year we`re going fake. The year after I`m hoping to go live though! The baby will be old enough for me to say `No!` and `Leave that tree alone!` And she`ll smile, comprehend what I just said and keep on doing it lol. Guess I might as well get a cat, at least they tear it down from the top, that way it`ll be down in no time with the baby`s help lol.

Fake, With babies who crawl they tend to put the pine needles from the real ones i their mouths. The real ones drop so many needles and they are a mess to clean up! I love the smell though!

I personally put up a fake tree because I am allergic to the real ones....but if I wasn`t I would totally go live, I hate putting away the fake one!
