I was really miffed when my 5 year old came home one day from kindergarden and told me there wa sno such thing as santa!!! I dont know why any parent would ruin something that is such a big part of a childs imagination. I dont think it hurts anyone for a kid to believe in something that may not be true. We all believe in something others may not. -Katie- the school needs to learn their place! If your child believes in something else and tells other kids it is not the schools responsibility to take it out on you. I wouldnt expect my 5 year old to think it is bad what he is saying, when it is is a part of his life and may not be a part of others. But dont let the school try to intimidate you.
