If your LO does not look disturbed at all by the spit up when it happens than they are considered a `happy spitter`, which is totally normal. Try taking burping breaks during feedings that really helped me =)

vomit ejects more than just regular spit up and it will be more too. it will virtually look the same though. I hope this makes sense.

There is a difference in the `amount` that comes up at one time if it`s spit up or throw up. Spit-up will be a smaller amount, throw-up will be pretty much the amount she just ate. So if you`ve fed her 5 oz (example) about that much will come back up, if its throw-up.
