rosye13 (784.6 days ago) Just keep checking for wet diapers! That`s the number one most important thing, is making sure that she is keeping some fluids in and that`s the best way to check. At this point, fluids are more important than solids so don`t push food to soon. You don`t want to cause her to puke up her precious fluids! I hope she feels better soon! So sad to be sick at Christmas time!!!
Holly28 (785.3 days ago) BRAT= bananas, rice, applesauce, toast. Mild foods that aren`t harsh on an upset stomach
coltonsmom (785.3 days ago) What is the BRAT diet? I`ve never heard of that.
tto (785.3 days ago) I would just push fluids and let her eat when she is ready to. She won`t starve- but could dehydrate. Definitely give her pedialyte and maybe popsicles or flat pepsi or sprite. There`s not a lot to do- just has to run it`s course. Good luck!
jekajoy (785.3 days ago) Sounds like the 24 hrs bug that`s going on here! Lots of people here have it I`m trying to avoid it like the plague. Hope she feels better soon!
3girls2008 (785.4 days ago) my eldest back when she was 10 months old got the flu and was constantly throwing up and my doc prescribed her a nausea sypository (sp?) it worked wonders and stopped her puking almost immediately but i would say if she hasnt thrown up in 4 hrs as long as you keep her diet as bland as possible she is probably out of the thick of it! good luck and i hope she feels better soon!
