I agree Chase sucks! They charged me for not using the card and when I did, my interest rate increased too! I am so happy to be done with them!! Sweety, did you try contacting your credit card company or the creditors to see if you can work out an affordable payment plan? Most places are willing to work with you and maybe even lower the interest rate...

Ahhh chase... I have a car loan through them and I don`t have to many good things to say about them.

Thanx lb71,sorry i didnt think when i wrote,im from sa and basicly it means being under bad debt and being handed over to the credit bureau and then not being able to get credit after that,thats it in a nutshell.We dont have that much debt but we couldt pay one of the credit cards as i had bad medical problems etc now we are looking at paying it off slowly but surely.ughhh i hate accounts and credit cards
