Is it happening often? Could be a mild case of rotovirus if it isnt happening alot and he wastn vaccinated for it ~ most kids before age of 5 get it which is why they vaccinate for it now to reduce that. My two nephews had it and it smelled of death ~ if not that could just be a fluke thing ~
