I start to introduce a crib at 1. I love co sleeping but I will not have a 5 year old still in my bed. To me at 1 they are not babys anymore and sids go down its just a good time for us.

We moved my 1st into her own bed at 2 years old, a couple months before #2, then moved #2 into his own bed around 19 months. #3 is just about 1 year and still with us. Will probably move her at a year and a half or so. Never had any issues with them transitioning.

We did with my first and slowly moved him to his own bed before the baby got there and we never co slepted with the second and I hope not to with this baby either. but you never know.

We`ve been co-sleeping with our 15 mo. old since the beginning. She just got her own twin bed where she now naps, and she starts the night there, about three hours each night before coming to our bed. She`ll continue to sleep in her bed and our bed at her own pace, and if I have another baby before she`s fully transitioned, then we`ll all do some sharing. (not currently pregnant or trying, so who knows!) :-p

i co-slept with my daughter until she was around two, when she transitioned into her own bed. since then, she has slept on and off in our bed. when our son was born 18 months ago, she will occasionally will still sleep in our bed, but it isnt very often. she prefers to have some space to herself now.

We have a king sized bed and if we really wanted to we`d all make us fit, lol. We co slept with our boys on and off for years ~ still do on rare occassions when they are sick and under the weather. We used a close and secure co sleeper bed from first years so co sleeping was safe for the baby. Hunter doesnt co sleep with us now sadly but it works best for him. He has never wanted to once he turned about 4 months. I am for it as long as it is safely done :)

My daughter will be 21 months when our new baby comes and we will all share the bed!!!
