Maybe her ears? Is she fussy at bedtime? Ear infections hurt worse when they lay down from the pressure. Sometimes that is the only symptom. Does she drink bottle okay laying? Key is if she doesn`t like laying down then bring her in for her ear. My son had tons of ear infections before his tubes and never once tugged, and slept at night fine...but during the day would scream at nap times and bottle times. Good Luck!!

Yeah, I thought of teething as well when you said 7 month old, but I don`t know. Hope you figure it out.

Is she teething? If so all my kids needed a bit of tylenol at bedtime to sleep better since teeth and ears hurt more while laying down from teething ~ Maybe a bit more activity before her nap to help :)
