momma-v (748.4 days ago) as some have posted, calories in - calories out. you have to burn more than you eat to lose weight. a quick way to burn calories is to run. i started my preg at 140. got up to 184. eek!! at 4 months i had lost all the baby weight and now at ten months pp i am 118. down about 65 lbs, and i run run run..and breastfeed, and avoid all fast food!! running is easy, you don`t have to look good doing it, learn how to do it, or follow any rules. and it`s free! no gym membership needed :) good luck girl!! MiniOface (748.5 days ago) Cut out white bread and switch to whole grains. I lost about 6 lbs in a month (also breastfeeding) by doing this. Too much white processed flour turns into sugar in your body and sugar=fat. You also have to find time to exercise at least 30 mins a day. Put on some music and dance for 30 mins if you have to.
