KristinaA (747.5 days ago) I would find a new sitter.
numberj (747.9 days ago) Fire them as your Babysitter.
TwinklinBrwnEyes (748 days ago) O my, thats a tuffy. I think I would somewhat ignore it. I would just remind her if their is something bothering her that you are open to conversation. Im sure she probably knew after the fact that she sent the text to the WRRRROOOOONNNGGG person..oops...
alugo (748 days ago) I think unfortunately she messed up - and you will never look at her the same. It really depends what the text said though - I mean if it is serious and calling you names or complaining about how horrible your child is - I would say she is out. If it is saying that she hates working so long ladidaa - I think that would be tolerable. :)
california-mom (748.1 days ago) THAT HAPPENED TO ME! LOL! I replied saying I assume you mean this to be sent to someone else. She kept apologizing and I was ok for about a week. Then we found someone else. Ended up not being good anyway. And the crap talking was a big sign.
ProudMomma3x (748.1 days ago) After I got p*ssed and cooled off I would first read the comment and stop and think about what she was griping about, was it a ligit gripe?? Noone is innocent of talking crap about others, sadly some do it worse then others and she made a VERY big error. So after I reviewed what she wrote if I found that what she was saying was really wrong and out of line I`d confront her and fire her if I read it and if Irealized that while she was very irresponsible in sending it to me in error but was right in her gripe and I wasnt being a fair boss I`d request we chat. Not all sitters are perfect and not all bosses and parents are either. Really depends on what she said.
lovemyfamily (748.1 days ago) Wow, I disagree with the talking it out. If you sent a text talking poorly about your boss at work, you would be fired! And considering I take my daughter a lot more seriously than any job I would definitely tell her how disrespectful she was, and never allow her to watch my child again. Completely unacceptable.
KR (748.2 days ago) haha i laughed when i read this one.. that would suck badly! All you could do is talk to her about it and hope she takes that time to be honest about her feelings.
christina76 (748.2 days ago) I`d talk to her about it, that`s pretty much the only way to get to the bottom of it, or work it out (or not work it out, depending, but at least you`ll know)
nmck (748.2 days ago) Remember that drama is never good for any relationship! I would talk to her about it as calmly as possible. I would be upset too, but try to be calm. Good luck.
achance2dream (748.2 days ago) It just made me upset because if she had a problem with something she should have just came to me and asked or talked to me about it but instead was talking crap to someone else.
Holly28 (748.2 days ago) calmly talk to them about it. It could be just venting or there could really be something going on. The only way to solve the problem is to discuss it.
