It really depends. Sometimes it can take just a day and it`s suddenly popped out and just... THERE. Or, sometimes it can take a few months.

My son started teeting around 2 1/2 months and his first tooth cut when he was 5 1/2 months (if thats what you mean)

Both of my kids` teeth seemed to take forever to come in. I would see a white bump and it wouldn`t be for at least a month or so until I saw an obvious tooth.

Oh, yeah, that takes my DD a long time too. I often think it`s just going to cut because it looks just at the gum line and then it goes back up :( it can take at least a month for this too..

Do you mean once it`s cut? It takes my DD literally months for a tooth to come in once it`s cut, but it probably varies for different babies :)

With my son it takes longer than 2 weeks. From the time I feel the hard white bump on his gum, it can take a month atleast sometimes 2 for the tooth to cut thru the gums Once it breaks the gum it takes about a week or 2 to completely come out.
