shesxchaotic (734.3 days ago) My son just turned 5 months but he is EBF and we`re waiting until 6 months to introduce any solids.
smiling politely (734.5 days ago) when my son was 5.5 months, he was on a on demand breastfeeding schedule
Lookalike (734.5 days ago) Born Aug 31, 09 he doesn`t eat well and never know how much he`ll eat at a sitting so I make a ten ounce bottle that he gradually finishes between each sleeping period. So he has ten ounces from the time he wakes up until he takes his morning nap, ten ounces between morning and afternoon naps, and ten ounces between afternoon nap and bedtime. He also has a half a jar of baby food (veggies only, no fruit) and one tablespoon of thinly mixed whole grain cereal before bed and then drinks another ten ounces during the night in two five ounce feedings. I also make a bottle of six ounces of filtered water which he drinks throughout the day. Generally he is not hungry right after his naps but is very hungry closer to nap time. Oh, and he`s very big for his age at around 19 to 20 pounds but definitely not fat, in fact he looks thin to me but wears 9 month and 12 month clothing.
*happiestmommy* (734.6 days ago) My daughter gets an 8oz bottle every 4 hours (8,12,4,8) and gets 2tbs of rice cereal at around 3 and one serving of vegetables at dinner time (about 6:30). She is height/weight proportionate and sleeps 12 uninterrupted hours at night.
firstlittleangel (734.6 days ago) My little gal is 6 1/2 now but when she was 5 1/2 months she had 6-8 oz in the morning when waking up, a vegetable and a fruit from the stage 1 gerber foods followed by 4oz an 8 oz in the afternoon and an 8oz in the evening...sometimes she will get more gerber food in the afternoon as well. She is growing very well and is VERY tall.
