piglet2686 (726.3 days ago) I had to be induced a few weeks ago and it was really easy! i was able to walk with the cervidil they evenj let me take a bath!!! :0) then once i had to start pit i had to stay in bed... but i (after 16 hrs) got and epi and it hurt a little to get it put in at first but not bad at all!! it made the labor enjoyable! :0) good luck! please feel free to ask questions on my page if you need!

nutnut (726.4 days ago) i got pit with both kids. the first time i hated it bc my epidural didnt work so i still felt it. this time around i was all set to not have an epi. i didnt want pitocin either but they basically said if i didnt get the pit, i would have to have a c section. i took the pit and the epidural bc i rememeber too well how the pitocin made me with my first. this time i was fine they actually had to turn off the pitocin anyway bc it was stressing the baby. once i had the epi this time, i didnt even feel any of my contractions and i maintained the control i didnt have with my first. i would take the epidural if youre having pit. but everyone is different and you need to do whats best for you.
california-mom (726.6 days ago) My cervidil only induction was A LOT easier than my pitocin induction. Natural onset was the easiest. Still managed to do all 3 naturally.
rosye13 (726.7 days ago) Someone posted almost exactly the same poll an hour or so ago, you should check that one out for more comments :) Oh, and when I was induced, there was no waiting! lol. It happened very quickly for me.
amberlea (726.7 days ago) I only have one child, and I was induced. I also had an epideral but the labor was not horrible. The worst part was waiting and wqaiting, like 16 hrs for contractions to start, but when they did they started full blast. Once I was dialated and started pushing, my son was out in 30 min. So maybe the contractions just start stronger with induction vs natural?
