rosye13 (722.7 days ago) jas1987 - I hope you don`t in any way feel that I was judging you by putting up this poll! I really feel that I`m probably a little too on the over protective side and need to learn to let go a little. And I agree that most resorts that offer this have a very qualified staff to handle things. We are actually going on vacation this summer to Orlando and will be staying at a resort that has one, but I just don`t think I`ll be prepared to do it :(
jas1987 (723.5 days ago) Oh and the service will have qualified staff to look after them it`s not like i would be leaving him with someone who had no idea how to take care of him... I also don`t like other people baby sitting him but he is 15 months so by age 3 i hopefully will get over that...
jas1987 (723.5 days ago) That was me for baby sitting services on a disney vacation... My son will be 3.5 when we go to disney and we have decided to do disney world in florida for 6 days then do the disney cruise for 7 nights... I have left my son only once and that was at the gym daycare.. This hoilday is for our honeymoon as well... As we are in Australia it`s a long way to go and not to have anytime to ourselves for our honeymoon... Of course we will only put him in the service for a few hours so we can have some adult time...
canadababy (723.6 days ago) I would use it in a heartbeat! you don`t have my option but.. if I planned for example a disney vacation and I researched it and felt comfortable using this reputable company and I felt comfortable when I went to drop them off I would use their services without a doubt. I`m not that freaked out about leaving my DD (12months) with strangers, for example I take her to my gym daycare to left her with those stangers...but that`s me :) If you don`t feel comfortable then maybe you shouldn`t do it..don`t feel pressured.
shesxchaotic (723.6 days ago) I haven`t and would never use it. My son is attached to us and he`s 5 months and hasn`t even been watched by anyone except us.
rosye13 (723.6 days ago) I never actually would either. In fact, I don`t even leave my kids with my inlaws, lol. Another poll just kind of peaked my curiosity because the girl was specifically looking for resorts that offered that and I wondered how many people do that. I`m way too overprotective for it :)
bluejeans (723.7 days ago) I have not and would not use babysitting services if I were on holidays. I am very particular with who has my kids.
