I say return the favor whenever she`s pregnant or throw her a great birthday party or something. That`s how it is with my circle of friends.

lilyb has a great idea! I got my mum some earrings and my sister a necklas as thank yous. I`m sure she is putting a lot of time(and money) into it so it is always nice to give a little something.

how about a nice friendship plaque/candle (or something along those lines) for a Thank You gift? You can usually find nice ones at a Hallmark Store or bookstore. Or maybe a bath set (or something along those lines) from like Bath & Body works.

My friend held my baby shower and we have another friend that makes jewelry, and I know my friend really likes her stuff. I bought her a nice necklace/earring set I knew she would like and a bead bracelet with the names of her 3 kids on it from that other friend. Something really personal is nice :)
